Dr. Namrata Kumar

A gold medal winner for MD OBGYN at King George’s Medical University, Lucknow and a distinction holder for MBBS; Dr Namrata Kumar is a passionate, highly motivated, hardworking mentor and professor. She is currently working as an Associate Professor, Department of Obstetrics & Gynaecology at King George’s Medical University, Lucknow.
Dr. Namrata completed her MBBS in 2006 from MLN Medical College, Allahabad with distinction and MD in OB GYN in 2010 from King George’s Medical University, Lucknow where she also awarded the Gold Medal.
After completing four years of residency at various hospitals, Dr Namrata stepped into teaching and mentoring in 2015 when she was appointed Assistant Professor at Integral Institute of Medical Sciences & Research, Lucknow.
Later that year, she moved to Hind Institute of Medical Sciences, Ataria before joining King George’s Medical University as assistant professor. Later she was promoted to Associate Professor.
She has vast experience in academic training and mentoring students. Teaching is her passion and she has 10+ years of mentoring experience in medical education. She has dedicated her life to helping people who have undergone various kinds of medical certifications like MRCOG, EBCOG.
Her areas of interest include Fetal Medicine, High-Risk Obstetrics, Reproductive Medicine, and Laparoscopy. Over the years, she has completed many projects, published journals, guided thesis, and presented many papers.
